Souldi allows you to upload an image of yourself so that we can generate virtual try-on previews, outfit combinations, styling suggestions, size guidance, and personalized shopping experiences.

The result is an AI-generated simulation. It is intended to help you visualize products before buying, but it is not a guarantee of real-world fit, size, color, texture, availability, or final appearance.

You should still review the brand's product details, size guides, materials, measurements, and return policy before making a purchase.

By uploading an image, you confirm that:

• the image shows you;
• you are at least 16 years old;
• you have the right to upload and use the image;
• the image does not include another identifiable person unless you have their permission;
• the image does not include minors, nudity, explicit content, illegal content, offensive content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• the image does not violate any law, third-party rights, image rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or platform rules.

You are responsible for the image you upload and for your use of any generated result.

By ticking the consent box and uploading your image, you explicitly consent to Souldi processing your image for the following purposes:

• creating a virtual try-on preview;
• generating an avatar, body reference, image mask, measurement reference, embedding, or visual representation needed to provide the feature;
• storing your generated avatar and related technical data in your account so you can reuse Souldi without uploading a new image each time;
• showing how selected garments, outfits, or products may appear on you;
• providing styling, sizing, fit, and product recommendations;
• detecting technical errors, misuse, fraud, abuse, or unsafe content;
• providing customer support related to the feature.

Souldi will process your image only as necessary to provide these features, unless you give separate consent for additional uses.

Souldi does not use your uploaded image, generated avatar, embeddings, or related image-derived data for biometric identification, biometric verification, authentication, facial recognition, or to uniquely identify you as a person. Souldi does not create or use biometric templates for identity-recognition purposes.

You keep ownership of your uploaded image.

You grant Souldi a free, non-exclusive, limited license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, transform, and technically process your uploaded image only as necessary to provide the virtual try-on, outfit, sizing, styling, avatar storage, and personalization features.

This license does not allow Souldi to sell your image, publish it publicly, use it in advertising, or use it for biometric identification, biometric verification, authentication, facial recognition, or to uniquely identify you as a person. Souldi's use of generated results, technical metadata, interaction data, quality signals, uploaded images, avatars, image-derived data, and related data for AI model training and product improvement is explained in Section 6.

Unless you give separate, explicit consent, Souldi will not:

• sell your uploaded image;
• publish your uploaded image publicly;
• use your uploaded image in marketing or advertising;
• share your uploaded image with unrelated third parties;
• identify you across stores or services you have not used;
• create a public profile from your uploaded image;
• use your uploaded image, generated avatar, embeddings, or related image-derived data for biometric identification, biometric verification, authentication, facial recognition, or to uniquely identify you as a person.

Any optional use, such as product improvement, analytics, marketing, or AI training, must be presented separately and must not be pre-ticked.

Souldi may use generated results, technical metadata, interaction data, quality signals, error logs, and other product-usage data to evaluate, test, train, and improve Souldi's AI models, output quality, safety, accuracy, personalization, and overall user experience.

Souldi may also use uploaded images, generated avatars, embeddings, and image-derived data for these improvement purposes where permitted by applicable law and subject to appropriate safeguards, including access controls, data minimization, retention limits, exclusion controls, and technical measures designed to reduce privacy risk.

You may request at any time to be excluded from the use of your uploaded images, generated avatars, image-derived data, generated results, and related interaction data for AI model training, product improvement, output-quality improvement, personalization, and user-experience improvement. If you make this request, Souldi will stop using your data for these improvement purposes going forward, unless limited processing is required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance.

Souldi will not use your uploaded image, generated avatar, embeddings, or related image-derived data for biometric identification, biometric verification, authentication, facial recognition, or to uniquely identify you as a person.

Souldi may generate images, outfit previews, try-on visuals, styling outputs, size suggestions, and product recommendations based on your generated avatar, and the products available in the relevant brand store.

The generated results are provided for your personal shopping, styling, and social-sharing use.

You may download or share generated results for personal, non-commercial purposes, including on social media, provided that you do not use them in a misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful way, and provided that you do not imply that Souldi or any fashion brand endorses your use unless expressly stated.

You may not sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, modify for deceptive purposes, use in advertising, or use generated results to impersonate another person or violate another person's rights.

Souldi may remove, restrict, watermark, disable sharing of, or require deletion of generated results where necessary to protect users, brands, Souldi, or third-party rights.

Generated results are AI simulations and may be inaccurate. They do not guarantee real-world fit, size, colour, texture, fabric behaviour, transparency, availability, or final product appearance.

Souldi deletes the original image you upload after the virtual try-on or avatar creation process is completed, and in any case within 24 hours, unless we are legally required to keep limited information for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

If you are a logged-in user, Souldi may store your generated avatar, body reference, image mask, measurement reference, embeddings, or related technical data in your account so that you can reuse Souldi without uploading a new image each time.

Souldi stores your generated avatar and related account data until you delete the avatar, request deletion, or delete your account, unless limited retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance.

Souldi stores generated results in your account until you delete the generated result, request deletion, or delete your account, unless limited retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance.

Technical, security, fraud-prevention, debugging, and error logs are generally retained for up to 90 days, unless longer retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, enforcement, or investigation of misuse.

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 60 days before automatic deletion through backup rotation.

You may delete your avatar, generated results, and related image data at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at admin@souldi.io.

If you delete your avatar or withdraw consent, Souldi will stop using it for future try-on, styling, sizing, or personalization features, unless limited retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance.

Souldi uses trusted technical service providers, including AWS and Supabase, to provide hosting, storage, databases, authentication, infrastructure, security, image processing, AI generation, and related technical services.

Souldi aims to host and process production user data in European Union or European Economic Area regions where technically and commercially available.

Where Souldi selects an EU or EEA region, core production data is intended to be stored in that selected region.

Souldi may also process images and generated avatars through Souldi's own infrastructure.

These providers may process your image, generated avatar, image-derived data, account data, generated results, and technical data only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Souldi, and must follow appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations.

However, some providers, subprocessors, support operations, security operations, diagnostics, account administration, or legally required disclosures may involve processing or transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, Souldi will rely on appropriate legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, data processing agreements, technical security measures, and other safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Souldi may process garment images, product metadata, embeddings, textual descriptors, and other catalogue information provided by fashion brands or stores in order to match products with users and generate try-on or styling results.

Fashion brands may manage, update, or delete their own garment data within Souldi. User image data and garment data are managed separately.

Souldi keeps control over user images, avatars, and related image-derived data as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Souldi uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect uploaded images, generated avatars, embeddings, and generated outputs, including access controls and secure transmission.

However, no digital service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Souldi's image-based features are not intended for users under 16.

Souldi may delete images and restrict access if it believes the feature has been used by a minor.

You must not use Souldi's image features to:

• upload images of another person without permission;
• upload images of minors;
• upload nudity, explicit, abusive, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content;
• impersonate someone;
• create misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful outputs;
• infringe someone's privacy, image rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights;
• attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or misuse Souldi's models, systems, or outputs.

Souldi may refuse to process, remove, restrict, or delete any image or output that may violate these terms or create legal, safety, privacy, or reputational risk.

Souldi's try-on previews and recommendations are AI-generated and may be inaccurate.

They may not perfectly reflect your body, posture, proportions, size, garment fit, color, fabric, texture, transparency, movement, lighting, or real-world appearance.

Souldi is not responsible for purchase decisions made solely based on generated images. You should always review official product information before purchasing.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• request correction;
• request deletion;
• withdraw consent;
• restrict processing;
• object to certain processing;
• request portability;
• request exclusion from AI-training and product-improvement uses;
• lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

If there is any conflict between these terms and the Privacy Policy, the document that gives users the higher privacy protection will apply, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Image Upload & Virtual Try-On Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights that may apply in your country of residence, any dispute relating to these terms, Souldi's image-processing features, or generated results shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer, privacy, or data-protection law.
